Refunds and Cancellation Policy

 

1. Service Cancellation by the Client

  • Monthly Marketing Services: If you are on a recurring monthly service plan, you may cancel at any time by providing at least 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date. For example, if your billing date is the 1st of each month, you must provide written notice by the 2nd of the previous month. Failure to provide timely notice will result in you being charged for the upcoming month, and the service will be rendered for that period.

  • Project-Based Services: For projects with a defined Statement of Work (SOW), such as a website build or a one-time campaign, cancellation is subject to the terms in the specific SOW. In general, if you cancel a project before completion, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, along with any non-cancellable third-party costs that have been committed on your behalf (e.g., ad spend, stock photo licenses).

2. Refunds

  • For Marketing Services: All fees paid to Adsap Marketing Agency for services rendered are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for work that has been completed or for time that has been spent on your account, regardless of the campaign’s performance or outcome. This includes all management fees, consulting fees, and any creative work performed.

  • For Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (instant download and immediate access), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed, unless the file is proven to be defective or the product description was found to be misleading. If you believe there is an issue with your digital product, please contact us at hello@adsap.in within 7 days of your purchase.

3. Cancellation by Adsap Marketing Agency

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe the Client has violated these Terms and Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to make timely payments, providing fraudulent or illegal materials, or engaging in abusive or inappropriate conduct. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for services or digital products.

4. How to Cancel and Contact Us

  • To initiate a cancellation of a marketing service, you must send a formal written notice to your dedicated account manager and copy hello@adsap.in. The cancellation will be considered effective on the date the written notice is received.

This policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our marketing service clients and our digital product customers. It protects the agency’s time and resources while providing clear guidelines for all transactions.
